I successfully won a pair of jeans on Saturday and paid immediately with paypal. When I looked at "my ebay" on Sunday, I saw the egg timer rather than the £ sign showing I have paid. I emailed the seller to explain that I had paid and checked my paypal account. This showed 1st time that payment was refused by the seller and then the transaction was completed.
The seller and I have since been emailing each other but havent managed to sort it out. My bank tells me that the funds left my account overnight last night and should arrive at the seller by Wed / thurs. I have told the seller this. Seller is still saying payment not received as it was refused (accidentally).
We have now reached a bit of a stalemate. I don't want to cancel the order, as I got a real bargain, but I don't want to pay twice for the same thing!
Does anyone have any advice / paypal experience on how to sort this one out ? Many thanks X
