I read as they appear

surroundedbyboys · 01/08/2006 17:08

as they appear. but also, how do you search? do you do active convos, or last hour, or by topic?

PiccadillyCircus · 01/08/2006 17:09

Depends. If it's a long thread I haven't read then I flip. If it's short I don't flip. If it's long but I have read nearly all ie just looking at new posts I don't flip.

rabbitrabbit · 01/08/2006 17:09

flipper!

As they appear. I nearly always look at active convos, but when I was a lurker (for a very long time) I used to look at topics most of the time.

hollyhobbie · 01/08/2006 18:05

I'm with PiccadillyCircus

quootiepie · 01/08/2006 18:17

quootiepie · 01/08/2006 18:18

answered my own 2nd Q

MrsBadger · 01/08/2006 18:23

as they appear
and active convos without buying/selling (though if that's slow I trawl via Topics for exciting threads that have dropped off Active)

hulababy · 01/08/2006 18:27

I never flip threads. Just scroll to bottom and read up; then read as and when new posts appear.

I always use Active Conversations.

nikkie · 01/08/2006 20:58

I use search for new posts -since last search
I don't flip either
