Do you have any photo software?

If not, you can do it in Microsoft Paint (assuming you have Windows) by opening it, doing Image -> Stretch/Skew and then putting in the same percentage in the horizontal and vertical boxes. That won't change the dpi resolution, though (which may not matter, depending on what you want to do with it).

It says it's too big when I try to put it on MN - so how do I make it smaller?

in your picture file select edit, then resize, it needs to be quite small

there's free software you can download called thumbnail, dh found it for me so I dunno where it is

you just have to drag the pic onto it and it slashes it right down

Oh all I did was save it as another type of file
