Hi all, I am so fed up Dp has always snored it's not getting worse but I am so fed up of broken sleep, we have a 4 month old baby so I'm up enough with him I do not want to then be constantly woken by loud snoring!!

DP or I often sleep in separate rooms which didn't used to bother to me & he doesn't seem to mind but I would really like us to sleep in bed together! We have tried sprays, nasal strips all sorts nothing works - anyone else experienced similar with any solutions??

GP -> sleep study -> CPAP machine -> decent nights sleep Smile. Getting DH to the GP in the first place took a couple of years though [sigh]

OP, we have same prob here, DH was concerned enough to visit the GP 2 weeks ago, GP told him to tell his wife to get earplugs!

i hope your visit to the GP is much more productive.

I am relieved to hear other people have had this issue as none of our friends/ family seem to!!

He doesn't acknowledge how bad it is says I'm a light sleeper (which I admit I am), but still we stayed with relatives over Xmas, my sisters house actually which is quite large she said he even woke her up a few times & we were well across the landing from them! I don't know how to get him to gps, we are running out of bedrooms now when our baby moves out of our bedroom that is our spare room gone & it's panicking me I will have no where to escape to to go & sleep!
