my settings wont allow me to copy and paste on here

I always ctrl / copy the URL (the bit in your address bar at the top of the screen when you're viewing the page you want to link to)to make sure I've got it correct and then paste that in after the \link{ bit then, as Malory says, put a brief description and end with the } as per the instructions box. Don't forget to use curly brackets rather than the square ones. Happy linking!
