Very impressed with Bounty weaning guide

I've just collected the free bounty weaning guide and I must say it seems to be really good. It is very pro breastfeeding and clearly states the Department of Health recommendations about exclusive bf until 6 months. Its advice on solids starts from 6 months rather than 4 months and tbh was just what I've been looking for as all the other books you can buy talk advice about weaning from 4 months.

My two are way past this type of this but I have to admit that the Bounty Guides even way back then were very good, the Children's ailments was pretty good, it was the only pictures of chicken spot spots I ever found - do they still do that one? These were the days before mumsnet of course.

you've prob done this one but did anyone get 'emma's baby' or whatever it was called. it was so awful and patronising - got it from the GP. 'Emma' takes you through her pregnancy in agonising real time, from piles to scans, gives up work like a good girl at 30 weeks and has an 'oh my goodness it was such hard work' kind of polite labour

he was a poppet - thanks for asking!
came back to find him on the school run with my best friend, in the playground with all the little girls taking turns to push baby round in his buggy! and he'd eaten all his sweet potato lunch too!
