There are currently two adverts on NZ radio (well, in Auckland anyway) which have the worst but funniest jingles ever .... I know they wouldn't get away with it in England ...
You have to imagine the tune ...
- An advert for a company that makes door handles
"Get your hand on our handles
Get your fingers on our knobs ....
We have every kind of handle
For every kind of job"
The second line just kills me and when I hear it I have it going round my head for hours ...
- This one is as bad .... a company called 'Novis' advertising a service to repair small cracks in in your windscreen without replacing the whole thing ...
"Show us yer crack (Oh Novis)
Show us yer crack (Oh Novis) ... "
I can't remember the rest because I am stuck at "Show us yer crack" ....
