Before I start, please don't jump all over me for asking about Netmums! 
Basically, I wondered how they moderate their users accounts? By IP address or something else?
Basically I had an account last year but it was banned, for breaking one of there rules (can't remember exactly but something to do with calling somebody a skank!) Anyway, I've since created accounts again but using other email addresses (my iCloud one and my hubby's one) but with different names. They've also banned these and the reason given is 'banned due to dual ID which was previously banned'
Now one of the new accounts was created on a library computer, ie different IP address but then used on my usual home laptop or iPhone - would they know by the IP or by something else?
I literally think they ban users now merely if their opinions are different, their site moderation is absolutely ridiculous
