has anybody had problems with creative audigy 2ZS causing blue screen..of any TECHS can advise

......I've installed new drivers for it but I've had to disable it..I'm wondering whether it's an incompatability issue maybe with Norton antivirus

and do I need audio codecs and video codecs? Are they something to do with instant messeaging which I don't do?

Can't help sorry but at work we call it 'the blue screen of death', I sympathise.
