Advice please - Desperate Woman!

Hi, am wondering if someone could just give me some gen advice. I am a mum of one and do not have time to attend a gym so for the last three weeks I have been doing about an hours exercise 3/4 mornings a week. Its quite high impact exercise and I just wondered how long it would be before I would start to show a change in my shape. I should add that I am also on a diet and have about 2 stone to lose. Please help with any advice you could give.

Hi expectantmum, I am not an expert but I just wanted to give some encouragement
You've done well to fit in some exercise - you don't need a gym. I go to a gym now but I used to use an exercise DVD a few days a week. If you diet as well you should see a gradual change, don't expect miracles overnight - it might take a few more weeks before you see too much difference. It will happen though! Keep up the good work!

Thanks paddingtonbear. Unfortunately I am one of these people who start a diet and an exercise regime and if I am not a size 10 by the end of the first week, I start to wonder whether it is worth it. I have exercised every day so far this week and plan to again tomorrow so I can have a break over the weekend and start again on Monday. I must admit I do feel better for it as I tend to exercise first thing in the morning, so it sets me up for the day. Thanks for the encouragement
