Mine too. Insidious, isn't it - I object to that sort of advertising.

i think they have always been sponsored by them, (i'm sure my ones from the 70s were sponsored by them)

Our water company sponsors ours and if it wasnt for the fact I pay between 50 and 90 quid depending on how long the term is FOR EACH CHILD I would think they were free the way the advertising says Bla bla is proud to be involved in the life of hundreds of bla bla bla...etc etc etc

NOt actually sure how they 'sponsor' them as we still pay for the badges.
