Am really disappointed...........DS has chipped his front tooth

DD chipped her front tooth in the bath, and DS seems to have done too. Not so bad, but still chipped .

Cant believe they have both done it....

Oh no!

At least it's their baby teeth, I suppose. I broke my proper ones in half when I was about nine on a seesaw.

Feel horrible for you though - not nice for them, but probably worse for you, I think

I am horrified as same happened to me and I now have a dental implant

Big sympathies. I am hoping to get ds's built up. It's only a minor chip but I know it's there iykwim and it annoys me.

I know, i know. Thank you. It just looks so terrible - BOTH my children have chipped front teeth. Its not enough that DS has bruises on his face every other day....

I knocked my front tooth in half when I was about 8, I have had it capped but the top half of it is blackish grey, I'm off to the dentist on Thursday to get my teeth sorted and I'm going to ask how much to sort it out because I hate it.

ds1 chipped his adult front tooth 3 years ago when he was jumping in and out of a swimming pool on hilday. He has broken about a third off it. He has had 3 or 4 temporary caps on it over the last 3 years but the all come off eventually. Two have come off the same day.

He has to wait until he is at least 16 and finished having a brace before he can have aproper permanent crown on it. Currently he is without a cap as it fell off again a few weeks ago so he has decided to go witht he hard man look!!
