Last year I particiated in a book quiz for my daughter's school and came jiont first (with all your help) winning £20 gift voucher for books which I donated to my youngest child's portage worker.

This year it looms again, I have some answers which I would like confirming and also some to which I have not found out the answers yet.

All answers gratefully received (my thoughts/answers are in brackets) - not finished yet!!

Aha - have just googled and discovered where you got the Golden Compass from - as with H Potter the American market felt the need to change the title (why????)
