What is that software that stops you accessing MN? good for addicts

I remember seeing a thread on here before, but can't find it. Apparently there is some downloadable software that stops you accessing certain websites. I'm really getting annoyed by myself for spending too much time on here so could do with it. Does anyone know what it is?

It's called temptation blocker.

I tried to do a link but it won't let me and my computer is working very slowly and oddly. So will try tomorrow if no-one else posts it.
