Do you ever get pissed off for no good reason?

LadyTamba · 16/07/2006 21:33

I do.

Like at the moment, am really pissed of with just about everyone and anyone.

I feel unappreciated. Taken for granted. Convienient. Hot and sticky. Tired. Just annoyed.

Have no reason to feel like any of this, except perhaps the hot and sticky bit.

I am sick of never coming first, even second would be good, but nope, I am lucky if I make the damm list at all.

Sorry for the moan!

Go and look at all the montages. It'll have you blubbing/ahhing/smiling within minutes

SSSandy · 16/07/2006 21:36

Once a month, regularly

TwinsetandPearls · 16/07/2006 21:42

Like Ssandy around my period, so it isn;t for no reason but I do kick off for no reason if that makes sense.

Last night IO ahd an hour long tantrum worthy og BB Nikki becasue dp wouldbn't sit with me on the sofa.

expatinscotland · 16/07/2006 21:42

heat is a surefire way to piss me off.

LadyTamba · 16/07/2006 21:53

Am just sick and tired of everything atm.

Keep wanting to use the angry face but have nothing to be angry about

The once a month thing might be true, First AF since starting this new pill.... I wonder if ive got PMT? Never had that before.

Am avoiding talking to people atm cause I would be tempted to say what im thinking, which I know i would later regret iykwim.

So cures for irrational anger are?

oh yes LadyTamba I get cross with lack of peoples thoughtfullness. I got cross today on Motorway when cars overtake in the inside lane. I got cross when we all had to drive 40 mph up most of the m1 but others where doing 60 and seemed oblivious to speed cameras that didnt seem to be registering them in any case My list is endless. I just think I must be a perfectionist.

SSSandy · 16/07/2006 21:55

Give up coffee

LadyTamba · 16/07/2006 21:58

I dont drink coffee, although oddly enough the last week or so Ive had a couple of cups and i cant stand the stuff

Am just sick of never ever registering higher than 'afterthought' on priority lists.

It drives me mad.

Beauregard · 16/07/2006 22:03

I feel like that all the time so i know what you mean!

SSSandy · 16/07/2006 22:06

I gave up coffee and got withdrawal symptoms (shaking limbs, BAD headaches) and then after about 8 days, I found I was much more relaxed and less tense and likely to flare up.

Dunno what's happening with you though. Are you in love with another man maybe?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

curtaintwitcher · 16/07/2006 22:06

I definetly get pissed off over nothing...am pg at the min and spent the past 2 days in a foul mood although do think it is around when af would have been as I am always foul around af..lol

TwinsetandPearls · 16/07/2006 22:06

I get so awful around my periods that I have to take quite a high dosage of anti depressants even though I am fine for almost three weeks of the month.

I ahve tried everything else but I go so completly barking mad around my period that I am willing to be medicated for the rest of the month just so myslef and my family do not have to live with the wold woman I become. Even after medication I still have bad mood swings but it is no where near as bad as it would be

LadyTamba · 16/07/2006 22:09

Does drinking coffee = being in love SSSandy?

OP posts:
SSSandy · 16/07/2006 22:16

If there's some wonderful man on the horizon, dp's faults suddenly stick out a mile. Is there someone, huh? Own up now

I reckon coffee inhances that being in love feeling. Mind you I haven't had that feeling for so long, it's only a distant memory.

LadyTamba · 16/07/2006 22:19

Well H and I split a month ago so you never know

SSSandy · 16/07/2006 22:25

Think that's the YOU (as opposed to just the mother in you) asserting herself which is probably a good thing.

jollyfolly · 16/07/2006 22:30

do i ever get p*ssed off for no reason???? Oh god all the bl##dy time!!

colditz · 16/07/2006 22:32

The pill can cause mood swings so if you are on a new one it might be that.

LadyTamba · 16/07/2006 22:56

Ive been on it a month, I dont think its really mood swings, just today for some reason everything is getting to me, I think a lot of it is that ive just took a huge step back from things and looked at them properly and thought WTF!!?? type thing

SSSandy · 16/07/2006 23:00

Well, a month after splitting up with H, and coping with all the readjusting and changes, no wonder you're frazzled.

m1m1rie · 16/07/2006 23:00

TenaLady! Hormones definitely. Actually managed to physically pick up my DH (before he was my DH - and he still married me???)and throw him to the ground when I was on a new pill and he had annoyed me. And I'm only 5'1 and weighed about 7 stone at the time, (aah, those were the days...) Now not on the pill but since DD2 have major hormonal issues about a week before period. Feel angry, upset, worthless, futile. Sound familiar?

FullOfTestosterone · 16/07/2006 23:07

me! me! Thus, my new name!
Just started a thread about this on "relationships"....

I think is pure stupid self-righteousness, plus lots of hormones! It's ruining my life though....

2mum · 17/07/2006 00:00

Im pissed off at the minute, im feeling old and fat. Im not really that old years wise but in my head i feel old iykwim.
