Michael Winner on Mumsnet?!?!?!

Never thought I'd see THAT - advertising e-sure on the top banner. Surreal. And what are Trinny & Susannah doing advertising Nestle? Sold out to "the right company" they said - don't the mothers of Kensington know about Baby Milk Action? Oh, and does anyone want to double their chances in the big competition that ends tomorrow? Our telly's on the way out (Miss Hoolie's hair is now pink rather than russet) and if we win we only need the TV, so the home cinema set up is up for grabs...on the other hand if you win and your TV's still got some mileage and you need a home for the JVC but could do with the DVD etc, then we're in business. Carriel etc, if that rules me out, I never mentioned it.....

Michael Winner and I used to share the same bedroom.

My grandmother used to rent out rooms to students in Cambridge and one of them was michale winner and his batman - another student friend. They lived in a room at the top of our house. My mother knew them well. Many years later their room became my bedroom.

OH and BintheBBH, I could do with a DVD!

Yeah, that ad made me sick, and Suzannah looks horrible. But then 10,000(don't have the pound symbol) and to have them tell me what not to wear, maybe I could start drinking nescafe?!

T & S were on R & J a while ago and siad the What not to wear styarted as a big joke really!! Its just that people really liked it and they got positive feedback. Trinny has had a nightmare with acne and ttc for soo long - I quite like her Would give her a good shoeing is she tried to fondle my boobs and butt though!!

On the Nescafe (spit!) tv ad Trinny looks SHOCKING, she is wearing this grostesque hat which sticks her lank hair to the sides of her thin face and just makes her look horrid. I really like WNTW but I have to say that I would find it very difficult to take their advice seriously if T was wearing something like that hat.

No, I haven't emailed them yet. The only address I can find is for their TV show and I'd rather find something a bit more personal rather than a TV show where they'll probably never see the email!

Yep, I was shocked to see T & S advertising those Bas*ards that break the W.H.O code. All I can say is they must be ill advised or very greedy.

Shame on them and both new Mums too.

Can anyone else find a contact for T&S? I've googled away but come up with nothing except the BBC show. Maybe I'll have to do it via that addie.

Better still, Suedonim - get everyone here to enter the Nescafe "Win a £10,000 shopping spree with T&S" comp - a M'Netter's bound to win one of the 10 sprees - and then blow the 10 big ones on Baby Milk Action T shirts.
