DS1 was just about to go off to school one morning when I realised that one of my bras (not leapardskin, though) was stuck to the velcro on his coat!!

I'm sure you're right Twiglett - I am just being dim!!

emmatmg · 24/02/2004 17:12

I would have let him and taken the camera to embarrass him when he brings his first girlfriend home.

BTW you're right about the brackets for ages, unless we're both making it up

My ds insists on wearing an old ski-ing hat of mine (and not a very fetching one at that)! He looks really mad in it, but grins away, thinking that he looks 'cool'. He knows that he has to take it off once we are getting out of the car though

prettycandles · 25/02/2004 14:29

ROFL - aren't they sweet!

Or maybe not...after a longish conversation with my elderly (and rather straitlaced) neighbour this morning, I was loading ds and dd into the car when I realised that dd was wearing a pair of my knickers around her neck! She's 14m and has recently discovered the laundry basket...

misdee · 25/02/2004 14:32

my dd wants to go out in her supergirl outfit all the time. its just a white satin cape from her dressing up box and a tiara. she keeps asking to go to nursery as supergirl.

ROFL prettycandles!!!! Dd (4 1/2 was given hairband with 2 antennaes and big red hearts on top of each antenna by her little 'boyfriend' for valentine's day, and loves wearing them: she says she is a 'love reindeer' when she has them on. She occasionnally asks if I could possibly wear her princess tiara or 'love reindeer' hairband to collect her from school..... I might try that one day....

Sonnet · 25/02/2004 15:20

I've given up with DD2 - Last week she went to nursery dressed head to toe as a Fairy complete with huge wings which she was still wearing when I picked her up....

wilbur · 25/02/2004 15:31

Twiglett - I love it, sooo sweet. Ds used to love a black maternity bra of mine, used to fish it out of the laudry and carry it around. Who knows what goes on in their heads.

frenchgirl - "love reindeer"???? ROFL. I bet there's a website somewhere about that kind of thing.
