Should I worry

Not unless there are major nut allergies in your family. Nutella has hazelnuts in so it's not as bad as giving him peanut butter. From what I remeber (someone else may be able to confirm correct this) that the first time a child has a food they are unlikely to have an allergic reaction. It's the second time they eat it that the reaction is likely to occur as the body recognises it as a bad thing and tries to fight it.
TBH, I would worry, just suggest he gives her jam next time instead!!

Sleepy - ah, he's a great dad. Usually gives DH his brekkie as I have to leave early for work.
