ok so it seems any kind of present a clean empty house and phone number of local pizza shop would make me best vendor ever??
ill do it!..think ill go with white wine, then maybe his mum can have it if he doesnt like it?!

i'm beginning to feel hard done by! the house we've just bought has lovely wooden floors. just before we completed they removed the dishwasher etc. and scratched the floors dragging them out! was so mad

house before this one ahd lovely clean cream carpets..when they moved out they decided to drag the washing machine(god knows why, there where french doors at back?) through dining and living room..leaving black sludgy stains all over it ! had to replace it as soon as we moved in
