You know, the monologue in your head.

Mine makes me laugh.

I'm never lonely.

Is that odd?

Harsh and critical - but not toward others, only self directed. My mum was extremely punitive toward her children, and sadly my inner voice seems to have taken on her role. Thankfully, I'm aware of it and often tell myself to lighten up.
