Several MNers build sites. If you search archives for 'site' in subject, you'll probably find some old threads where people have asked exactly this. Also look in 'Employ an MNetter'

Problem is i cant really "pay" someone, does it cost anyway??

You can find free web space online and some places give you various tools to construct a simple web site without learning any coding technique. Your end result will, however, not be at all as 'professional' / personalised etc. as commissioning a site IYSWIM.
