Just out of curiosity, when is it 'safe' to have sex after giving birth? I'm not in any rush but would like to know!

suppose it depends on stitches and how you're feeling. Think it was 4 weeks (a lucky one that had no stitches)

I think we waited about 4 weeks. I have a feeling the midwife, after one of the checks, told me that it was okay to have sex again as long as it was what i wanted. I did have a stitch or 2 and I would guess that if you have no stiches then you can have sex just as soon as you and your man fancy it. Go for it Hayls!!
