Top tips for staying cool at night..........

Please!!!I have kept the blinds closed in our bedroom today and have just gone in to discover it is still boiling I think I will have a cool shower but tbh it didn't work last night!

No! When I say halfway down the toilet I mean a few inches down from the seat.

They lie, hmc - our attic has uninsulated roof and the heat from up there comes down the stairs

hmc,good point re teh loft. That's what my dad use to do!

Have gone downstairs to tell dh but he's asleep on the sofa - again. grrrr.

Well we've done it here and it's definitely less stifling upstairs tonight than it was yesterday

Am going to bump this as may get some new tips today Last night was soooooooo hot we slept with just a sheet and had a cool shower before bed plus a fan and we stayed cool for an hour max!!!!
