... answering all these stupid STUPID questions about ds who is 2 WEEKS old FFS

"Is he sleeping at night?"
"How is he behaving?" - megasuperduper WTF???????
"Can you put him down?"

He is a BABY!!!!!! And he's TINY!!!!!! Sometimes he'll sleep, sometimes he won't, mostly he wants me to hold him which is FINE, how is he behaving - like babies behave!

And I especially can't be bothered with all this crap when I have only one thought on my mind - is he okay? Does he have Jeune's or not?

As long as they hopefully tell me soon that he's okay he can cry all day every day AFAI am concerned.
(Have contacted consultant to check whether radiologist can rule out Jeune's or not. Still - anxiously - waiting to hear back. )

But what really got me was when people asked- Is she a good girl, does she sleep all night for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! people associate sleeping through with being good LOL

Console yourself that they're only concerned and well meaning

I hated that - especially "how's he behaving" because when they're wee what are you meant to say? "he's really naughty so I put him to bed without any tea and he's on the naughty step all the time..."???
