got new award notice today but am very confused. they have awarded us wftc even tho dh hasnt techniqually worked since april 2002. he is still employed and is contracted 35 hours a week but due to ill health, his work refusing to end his contract and him refusing to quit, his contact is still there and he is techniqually employed. he gets incapcity benefit, so they have taken this into account and also my carers allowence, which they have re-calculaterd and made us £1000 UNDER the original amount on the award notice. i know have to wait another week or so for a new award notice. we have spent the payments they have paid already, so am now wondering if it is right, as they were unable to say over the phone untill its been recalculated. its really annoying as i have given the information to them serveral times over the last fortnight and have mae them check and re-check everything but am still thinking that it may be wrong and they will make us replay the payments. i am very confused by it all.
