I really overeat for about 2 days before my period and for about a week before I eat more than normal but it is the 2 day face stuffing that I want to stop as I only crave rubbish food and eat hardly any fruit or veg on these days Any tips ?

have found that snacking on nuts is good for this - have to start in the week before - it stops me stuffing my face with rubbish but doesn't completely stop me craving sweets!

I'm the same. PMT at the moment and eating anything in sight. I tend to crave carbs but realy anything will do.

I must get some celery as it's been proven that it burns more cals than it has. I love it too. Also it's good for water retention which I get with PMT.

Wish I craved celery although I do like it and it may stop me eating carbs

Apples are good too. You can't beat a huge bag of crisps though mmmmmmmmm.

I have a .....dare I say it....a white loaf baking in the breadmaker We usually have best of both or bergen but I found this bread mix. I'll be having some thick with butter and jam once it's cooled.

Surely if we crave them we need them?
