I bought a large sofa on ebay It was a real bargain but is in exxes and I am in Brighton.We booked a courier to pick it up today They were supposed to come to us at midday after their morning job which was a small delivery locally.I printed a map for them but by 2 pm today we had heard nothing and their mobile was turned off They rang us back at 2.30 saying they were in South London and had forgotten about us!but would finish London job and then do ours.So they have set off now at 4 pm and called us in a real bad mood saying they thought it was a bit late in the daqy etc but the ladyu we are buying from has waited in all day after he said he would reach her at 2.30 and has been v reasonable about the delay.She is also moving saturday so needs the sofa out.Hwe has been v stroppy with dp on the phone and I can't help feeling he is trying to make us feel bad like he is doing us a favour when he took the job in the first place!I am dreading them coming with it tbh but surely we are right we employed them they advertise as couriers and we booked the slot Sorry about the rant xxxThanks for listening
