HELP !! Email Problem - Emails to hotmail contacts not getting to them

Does anyone have any ideas???? My emails are leaving my "Outbox" and are shown in "Sent Items" but my contacts with hotmail addresses are not getting them.
I can receive emails from them, but even if I reply they still don't receive. Looks like my other emails are getting through.

hotmail are very quick to blacklist email addresses and/or ip addresses.

do you have a private-domain address? (i.e. [email protected] instead of [email protected]) if so contact your web host - it might be their fault. if you have a big company address do you know anyone else with a similar address and are they having the same problem?

my email address is a wanadoo address, so no it's not a private domain address.

How can I find out if Hotmail is blocking my emails ???

best thing to start with is to ask hotmail support. actually before you do that, ask your hotmail contacts to check their spam folders because that will be the support people's first suggestion. don't expect a quick answer though.

yes - sympathy. they banned our whole server once, so I had to deal with clients phoning up about it every 5 mins as well as hotmail themselves. at least it's not aol...
