Is this the really nice child friendly cafe in Worcester Park that every one talks about??

If so it's a shame it's being sold, particularly as I haven't made it there yet. However it doesn't seem to have A3 permission which you need for a cafe so I suppose it was inevitable!

Basically A3 is the type of planning permission that allows them to operate as a cafe or a restaurant. It's strange that thye have runa sucessful business without it. That said as they are not in a residential area I can't see why they wouldn't be granted A3.
