just recieved a parcel with my ebay goodies... wwhich are lovely!!!!!

however one of the items is damaged! i could fix it and the seller has offered me some money back but i don't know how much to ask for! (she's been a very good seller so no worries there!) the item cost me about £27 inc postage... what do you think?

I would take the offer of some of the money back especially if you can fix it, more hassle for both of you to send it back surely.

I had an message from someone saying goods have not turned up, I posted them a month ago, I offered to post a replacment or send a refund and she has still not replied after a week, I take it she doesn't care. It did take a month and a half to tell me she didn't get the items even though they were posted airmail. Strange people .
