Am worried that this might happen to us - the council want to develop land behind my house and the previous owners were approached to sell and we have been asked off the record if we want to sell.
My colleague has been putting the frighteners on me saying that if they want it they can take it and on googling I have discovered they can.
I'm going to have to sit on the roof and protest aren't I!
