What colours/theme did you have for your wedding?

Mine was a September wedding so I went for an autumn theme. My colours were cream and gold, I had old gold bridesmaid dresses, golden yellow roses and cream orchids in my bouquet, and the same for the bridesmaid posies and hairslides, and my cake had icing decorations of blackberries, acorns etc. I still love it 10 years on!!!

I don't think we had a theme. We got married in a converted Victorian barn. The bridesmaids wore what suited them. I had lots of flowers in my hair. We had a hogroast and a ceilidh and told everybody to dress comfortably. There was a huge thunderstorm in the middle of May and we had a bloody excellent time.

wow, bomper, thankyou! maybe I should show these photos around more ratherthan the ones where i look more like fizz? Love the barn, SOH, and the pics of you and your little bridesmaid in the mirror are beautiful. Plus, the cake... mmm!

oh, alexsmum, believe it or not my sister (the tall blonde bridesmaid) designed the fairy dresses and made them with my mum. only then did she realise she'd have to wear something to tie in!
