Anyone know if you can get a child into a RC school if the parents are not religious, as it's in the catchment area of my Childminder......

In our school it is highly unlikely, but you could be lucky.

Do you know if they sort of take a few non believers as a 'quota thingy'. The thing is DS will go to an excellent school anyway, it's just changing my CM I am worried about. I have posted this in education as well.

Our school is run by the governors not by the LEA, so they can choose who does and doesn't get offered a place.

Why not ring the school and ask them, they may be goverened by the LEA.

Local authority website sometimes has admission criteria for each school on - worth a look
