Have never run that far in my life.
I'm aiming for 10 km.
Ignore me,just need to see it in writing.

Gizmo, that's quite impressive! when I was pregnant I gave up at about 15 weeks as i had a permanently hard belly and it was too painful, soon after I started taking magnesium which relieved it but I didn't feel comfortable to start running again.
