ours is BT and i have to say its crap, we have had no end of problems with them and the most frustrating thing being is that the call centre is in india and you get sent round the houses so to speak before you can get through to them. We want to change but are not sure who is good (well anyone has to be better than BT) so recommendations would be well received Grin

Tiscali have always been good for us - just signed up to Broadband and stuff came through pretty quick. PC problem though so haven't started it yet!

The call centre is in India though as well and I've talked to quite a few nice young men and cannot always understand them!

well i was with tiscali and they were rubbish, had no end of technical probs which resulted in an hour long call to bangladesh!(v expensive on the old phone bill, 0870 number), since i moved ive gone to aol, but its early days yet, however, so far, so good

Karoo. Not had any major problems, barring one weekend last year.

They are local to me though and not available nationally.

plusnet - never had any problems with them (mum had BT and it was a pain in the neck)

Homechoice, but it's an extra to having their TV, so not much good for you.

We used to be with freeserve/wanadoo/whatever they are called atm and had no problems at all, helpline was helpful on the odd occasion we rang them Grin

I just posted another message and lost it arrrgh bloody thing disconnected, unfortunately we are signed up till Nov and dh wanted to go with someone else but still pay BT for a completely shite and useless service that doesn't work properly, am pretty confident when it comes to complaining and i'm certainly not shy but it is also frustrating when you do get through to the call centres and aren't able to fully understand who you are speaking to. I do like virgin for other products they provide especially the mobile phones (customer service is fab) might look into them Grin
