Not sure if im in the right place, Can anyone give me advice please, i have just sold my car private sale although its not being collected until 23rd August still has my private plate on ( sorting today / tomorrow after advice) and brought another car which i haven't set a collection time on yes, possibly 23rd August as little parking space to our property, do i have to fill out the V317 to retain it then put it on my new car ( this i have been told can take 2 months ) or is there a more straight forward route?? advice would be appreciated.
