Does anyone know if the harness is suppossed to be tight around the baby ( and stay that way if pulled) I can tighten the strap on mine by pullung underneath, but as soon as dd moves around alot, the strap loosens - is this right??

No that doesn't sound correct at all

it should NOT loosen unless you are pressing in the button thing (down sort of under the clicker)

id take it back to shop and get it checked asap!
