I currently live in the north of England and I am hoping to move to Cornwall next year.
Im a health care professional so hoping to find full time employment doing this. I earn more than dh full time so he will be a a sahd or possibly work from home part time.
we currently rent and will need to continue to do that in Cornwall but I'm more interested in a private landlord than agency as I've had a much better time renting from private landlords than estate agents in the past.
we really love mid Cornwall ie truro - newquay area and would ideally prefer to be closer to the coast than inland.
I would be very. grateful for any advice, tips, website and forum links anybody knows to help me grasp the following
where are the nearest hospitals, urgent care centers, minor injury units to mid Cornwall (for employment opportunities)
are there any forums I can search for private landlords offering property to let
and just in general about what Cornwall is like to live...I've only ever been on holidays...so for eg areas to avoid moving to, how good public transport is...anything that might help really..
