How do you remove vaseline from non-washable wallpaper? And does it wash out of bedlinen?

And hair. How do you get it out of hair?? 2 washes with shampoo doesn't seem to have shifted it competely.

The only think I can think of is to get a flannel really hot in the tumble dryer, sprinkle on a liberal amount of talcum powder and hold that against the wallpaper. If you can think of a way of warming the talc that might help too. Poor you!

May I just point out that I've looked after all 4 of them before and not had any vaseline incidents...

Now, will vodka work as an alternative to rubbing alcohol? I guess I could drink the entire bottle and then I wouldn't be able to see the marks...
