Have you ever won anything?

I have never ever won anything - was wondering if anyone has any stories on great things they have won

Lottery, bingo, competitions???

I rarely win anything - always buy raffle tickets in ds1's name, as he always seems to be lucky!

However, aged 5 I did win a Butlins talent competition, doing ballet dancing ... won a free holiday for my mum and I My ballet teacher was appalled, as she always despaired of me!

We won a Graco travelcot from Mother and Baby magazine, having given up and bought one in the sales only 3 weeks before and used it so couldn't return it My sil was pleased though.
