Oh twiglett! xxx

BTW, my DD1 wants to move in with my mum, patience is a stranger here right now.

I'm making you a virtual cuppa.

Janstar · 02/02/2004 09:59

You are neither stupid nor lazy. I do sympathise, I hated every minute of my three pregnancies.

Only 14 short weeks and you will be holding your brand new little person.

Till then I think you have very right to be a couch potato and rest a bit while you can.

dot1 · 02/02/2004 09:59

Heartfelt sympathy Twiglett! 8 weeks to go and I often find myself sitting on the settee/bed willing myself to get up and do something - even make a coffee - and I can't be bothered - toooooo much effort!

Feel like the laziest person in the world - especially as dp is running around looking after me/ds/everything....

Just want to go to sleep and wake up when it's all over!

Anytime you want a moan I'm here and will catch up with you on this or another thread.

I was in 37 weeks pg on the day of the record heatwave.
I made it clear to my family that I was so horrible I was to be exempt from all duties that day, roled in to the least uncomfortable position under the fan and to be fed cool drinks and ice lollies on demand. Special tratment only lasted for that day though

you are creating distinctive odour so that bsby will know you from the other females in the herd, in evolutionary terms

prufrock · 02/02/2004 12:47

I'm so glad that it's not just me. Sympathies twiglett - but at least we know it is only 14 weeks and we can't go overdue!

motherinferior · 02/02/2004 13:12

Just 14 weeks. Just 14 weeks. Just 14 weeks.

so Twigglet can I assume you are in no mood to provide info to the journalist who posted a request here recently for handy hints to get over pregnancy tiredness?
