Just checked on the casserole for supper that I put in the oven 1 hour ago and .....

I hadn't put the oven on properly so it hasn't started cooking. AAARRGGHHH. Dinner will now be served at 9.20pm.

dh has now phoned to say he won't be home for dinner. Now if I have started cooking it (10 mins ago) should I cook it fully then refridgerate for tomorrow or stop it now and cook tomorrow? Chinese here I come.

Pants... have just checked purse and no cash. No idea where my cheque book is so chinese is out. Will sit here and drink wine and mn until casserole is ready.

I would cook fully and reheat tomorrow as I am always wary about meat thats only been cooking for a few minutes......

Searched through freezer no fish fingers but found a portion of home made chicken tikka massala so popped that in the micro and am boiling some rice. Will cook casserole then pop in fridge. At least tomorrow's supper will be easy Grin .
