I have been plagued this week by their "Customer Services" calling me and leaving a message earlier on this week to call them on an 0871 number (which costs the caller loads...).
They have now started calling and asking for DH. We DON'T have a blinking policy with them for anything!
I emailed them a few days ago and heard nothing, so contacted the Chief Exec via email to tell him what I thought.
I'm awaiting his reply
