Our cat is in labour and has so far had two kittens!

I'll be up all night now with worry, anticipation and excitement!

Scary stuff being a midwife...

Did she yowl at the first one? Our cat (long time ago) looked up at me as if to say "WTF is happening to me, make it STOP!"
They do sort of get on with it though.
DH had to hand-deliver a breech one iirc.

me too but not for my cat -dp always brings home poorly labourers and its so emotional!

Hi

I feel like I have been hit by a truck (was up as midwife until 4am) so now I know what it is like to be the daddy/birth partner!

Anyway, Millie had one black, and two black and white, we think two girls and a boy...

Yes, she did have 'that' look Pruni! but only did one little sort of warble bless her!

They will be needing homes in 8 weeks or so and we are in Bromley. I say that now mind, they are adorable!!
