Any Mac/Entourage experts out there?

Have a number of different accounts, including hotmail, pop3 and IMAP. Can you explain why some HTML messages aren't downloading properly - seems to be particularly on POP accounts. Also, is there any way to get a read receipt for your messages? Finally, a coule of times I have somehow managed to completely delete a folder - the last time it disappeared and then reappeared. Most confusing, very worrying - what the hell am I doing wrong?

Can you tell I have recently come over from the (PC) dark side?

What is odd is that it isn't even giving me that download entire message option - just loads of text and repeated links.

If other messages render correctly in your chosen e-mail application of choice () then it's the sender's e-mail application choosing some whacko encoding format.

So... yes, perhaps they've selected rich text instead of something else... but tbh, in 5 years on my Mac I haven't had a message not display properly IYSWIM (whether in hotmail or Mail; plain text of html).

I could do with the rest so I might even take you up on that!
