Ok I'll try and make this as short as possible.
I bought an Ipod Nano on the 18th April. I got it a bit cheaper as it was store return products but clearly stated that they are returned in 14 days.
Checked the sellers feedback. That was ok a few negs but mostly to do with delivery times. I was fine with that as he had put in the listing that he waits 5 working days for paypal clearing and then the delivery takes 2 working days.
I received it last Friday so quite a bit longer than stated.
When I got it, it was scratched quite badly and when dh tried to set it up it didn't work. Emailed the seller back who said to call Apple and they might send a new one out as it is still under warranty. Called them twice, each 1 hour calls. Thought after second call we'd got it sorted but it turned out it still wasn' working.
So emailed seller back again told him it was no good and wanted a refund. After 3 emails back and forth he said that was fine and to send it back recorded mail as it only cost £2 (cheeky bugger charged me £12!)
Sent it Tuesday morning and I still haven't had a refund. I've sent 3 emails now asking where my money is and still no reply.
My last mail said that I would take it to dispute tonight if I haven't recieved it by the end of the day.
I'm so bloody annoyed and wish there was more I could do but am I being too harsh? Bear in mind this seller hs got back to me almost straight away in my other emails!
