5month old keeps getting stuck turning over aaarrrgh....

Hiya, my ds2 is 5 months old and has bad reflux, lots of sick and crying and acid heartburn. He seems to find it comfier on his front but gets stuck and then crys his little eyes out. it's not too bad during the day but it's a nighmare at night.......i put him down on his back,he rolls over, he crys, iput him back on his back, he rolls over.....etc, etc. Has anyone else memories of this stage happening, don't remember anything like this with ds1. It's wearing me right down and must be so frustrating for him.

I had a few weeks of this with my ds2 - I can't rememeber exactly how long it went on for,but he rolled from 13 weeks and would get his arm stuck, then he could only roll left and therefore got stuck up against the side of his cot. I lost count of the amount of times I rolled him back over. We used to put him to bed right up agianst the right hand side of his cot so we knew he a good roll in him, then he'd cry when he got to the other side!!!! ..but it was all a phase and when he worked out how to roll the other way it was fine, but in the meantime it's hard but it won't last for long!

thanks jasmum. think i'm finding it hard because of his reflux, cause when he's on his belly it makes him sick and even though he can more than easily roll from his back to his front, he seems nowhere near having enough strength to do the opposite. suppose it's just one of those phases to ride out.
