WordPad help!!

I'm trying to copy and paste the letter about the bank charges into wordpad but it goes into a tiny column at the side of the page and I can't change the size of the page...can anyone help?! Thank you!!

Margins?

Indents? Look at the ruler - where it changes from grey to white at either end there should be little triangles, two at the left and one at the right. If they aren't in the correct places you can click and drag them about - it is more likely to be the one that should be on the right.
