repairing a scratch in a walnut dashboard???

I know it's a longshot, but was wondering if anyone knows where i could get one of those crayon thingies that people use to cover up scratches on woodwork? thanks all, billiejo.xx

Is it real walnut? I have rubbed a table with half a walnut and it has made a scratch and a water mark disappear.
