trees have been cut down and now we have no shade

We used to have two large, but rather ugly, trees in our back garden which gave us lots of shade, perfet for two young children playing in the summer. They have just been taken down and will eventually be replaced but not until some building work has been done.

What can I do in the meantime to create some shade for our 4 year old and 14 month old children. I've been looking at gazebos but even the ones that say 'easy to erect' have their downsides (guide ropes for young DD to fall over).

Any other ideas please?

TIA

Google Sunshade - they are lovely

Also a party tent (proffessional or commercial preferably)

Or something like \link{http://www.poggesi.co.uk/range.php?id=bambino\this?}

those Poggesi ones are lovely Katymac but as it's only going to be needed for one summer I cant really warrant spending £600.
I'll google sunshade as you suggested and see what it comes up with.
